Credit Cards  by  Junebug Creations
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be charged upon processing your order for shipment. Charges are subject to issuing bank. If we are unable to process a charge against your card at the time your order ships, the order will be canceled.

Hours of Operation  by  Junebug Creations
Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. However, our website is available for ordering 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Should you need to contact us, please click on Contact Us on the homepage and fill out CRM form. You will receive a response within 48 hours or less. Inquires received on weekends and holidays will be answered within 48 hours of the next available business day.

International Shipments  by  Junebug Creations
All International Shipments are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless prior arrangements have been made. Unfortunately, we can no longer provide insurance on International Shipments due to USPS Postal changes. Our shipping fees do not include any custom fees, brokerage fees, taxes or duties, these are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not mark shipments as gifts or understate the values.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, & Personal Checks  by  Junebug Creations
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

Multiple Product Orders  by  Junebug Creations
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first item(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Junebug Creations & Gifts, reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of an item.

Order Cancellations  by  Junebug Creations
In the event you would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placement, by contacting Customer Service via Contact us tab at the top of the homepage. If your order is in processing there will be a 10% service charge. If your order had been packed there will be a 25% restocking fee. If order has already been shipped, your order cannot be canceled nor refunded.

Out-of-Stock Items  by  Junebug Creations
We will ship your product as it becomes available.  Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be received the next available business day.  However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. The item maybe in stock at the time of your order, pending processing of daily orders, stock may be depleted. We ship in order of order received. In the event we do deplete our stock we will check with our partners to see if we can obtain the item(s). We will inform you of any item(s)that may be out-of-stock or no longer available. Please note, if you have ordered multiple items and one item is out of stock, this will be reflected on your shipping confirmation when order ships.

Product Availibility  by  Junebug Creations
It is our policy to indicate on the website when an item is out of stock. We will say whether the item is "Back Ordered" (temporarily sold out, but expected back in stock soon), "Pre-Order" (a new release the manufacturer has not yet begun shipping, expected to be in stock, estimated date stated), or "Sold Out" (no longer available from the manufacturer). Since we are selling in multiple locations, sometimes an item shown as "Available" may sell out before we can so indicate on the website. If we expect a long delay in re-stocking of the item, we will advise you as to when you may expect delivery. If the item is sold out and cannot be ordered from the manufacturer, your order will be canceled and refund processed if applicable. In some cases, we may be able to source the item from our partners, in which case we may accept the order as a Special Order, and the price may need to be adjusted. If you have not received your order within 30 days, please contact us through Contact Us at the top of the homepage, fill out form and someone will respond within 48 hours or less.

Returns  by  Junebug Creations
All returns must be approved and made no later than 15 days after receipt of order. Contact us for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)number. All returns must be in original packaging, box and insured. No return of damaged items accepted. If an item is received damaged contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will handle a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. All returns other than our error (manufacturer changes are not our error, shipping costs will not be refunded) are subject to a 25% handling fee and nonrefundable shipping. After we have received the return item(s)we will inspect it and issue a store merchandise credit. We will gladly accept the return of a item(s)that is our order fulfillment error. Must be notified within 3 days of receiving shipment. An order fulfillment error resulting in the shipment of incorrect item(s) will be handled as an exchange, if the item is no longer available a refund will be processed. Gift certificates are nonrefundable. Returns will not accepted without prior authorization.

Rewards can be redeemed for gift certificates here at Junebug Creations & Gifts. The Customer Reward Program is for retail customers only, not available for wholesale customers. For every item purchased you will earn reward dollars. Rewards are not earned on shipping and handling. You must be registered to participate in the program. You can redeem your rewards as gift certificates for which you may have issued to someone else. Must have 100 reward dollars to redeem for gift certificate. We reserve the right to make changes to our reward program at anytime.

Shipping Policy  by  Junebug Creations
Shipping Time -- Most orders received ship within 3-7 business days (Monday through Friday), provided the product ordered is in stock and customer information supplied is correct. Incorrect information may delay the processing and shipping of your order. Out of stock items will ship within 7-10 business days. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be received on the next available business day. During the holiday season, September 1st through January 1st, shipping times may be longer. We cannot guarantee when an order will ship nor arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Having orders shipped Priority or Express only shortens carrier delivery times, our processing times remain the same. We reserve the right to change shipping carriers when necessary, this will be at no cost to the customer. Allow minimum 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders delivered within the state of California. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors  by  Junebug Creations
In the event an item is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in information received from the manufacturer, Junebug Creations & Gifts, shall have the right to refuse or cancel an order placed for said item. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase, Junebug Creations & Gifts shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.

Undeliverable Or Refused Shipment  by  Junebug Creations
If provided with an incorrect shipping address and the shipment is returned to us, we will refund the item(s) price minus a 25% restocking fee or order can be reshipped at nominal shipping charge at customer's expense. Shipping and handling is nonrefundable. Please do not forget to include any apartment or floor number. If delivery is refused, item(s) are subject to a 25% restocking fee and nonrefundable shipping and handling. A credit will be issued for the balance. If a shipment is return we will contact you immediately.

Unethical, Abusive, Harassing or Fraudulent Behavior  by  Junebug Creations
Unethical, abusive, harassing or fraudulent behavior by phone, email or through our website towards Junebug Creations &; Gifts including staff will not be tolerated. In the event, we feel an incident has occurred your order will be canceled immediately. If payment has been made it will be refunded subject to a 25% restocking fee, if applicable. Your IP address will be blocked and you will no longer be able to do business with us. Depending on the severity the appropriate authorities may be contacted.
