Welcome to our reward program for our customers.  Rewards can be redeemed for gift certificates here at Junebug Creations & Gifts, www.junebugsonline.com.

1.     How does it work?

- For every item purchased you are given rewards.

2.     Do I earn rewards on shipping and handling?
- No, only applies to item purchase.

3.    How do I know how much I will earn on an item?
- Each item in our store will tell you how many reward dollars you will earn.

4.    How do I sign up?
- If you are a registered customer your rewards are automatically issued to you.

5.    How do I redeem my rewards?
 - You can redeem your rewards at checkout. You must have accumulated minimum of 100 points to redeem for a $10.00 gift certificate

6.    Can I redeem them on the same purchase?
- No, they can be redeemed on a future purchase.

7.    Can I have the gift certificate issued to someone else?
- Yes, you can.

8.     Why did you start this program?
- Since, we have so many return customers; this is a way to 

        thank them for their loyalty.

9.     Do rewards apply to my previous purchases?
- No, only on future purchases.

10.  When can I redeem my points?

       - For every 100 reward points, you will receive a $10.00 gift 

         certificate.
