Q:  Is your web site secure and it is safe to order online?

A. YES, our website is 100% secure.  Our site uses the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol and a 128-bit strong encryption to maintain a high level of security.  All information sent to us via the Web is encrypted. Our online payment processing also has an added layer of security encryption.  Please be assured you may shop with confidence.

Q:  Do you accept International Orders?

A.  YES, we ship world-wide.  All International shipments are shipped via US Priority International.  We can no longer offer insurance as the US Postal Service has discontinued this service.  Payment can be made through PayPal, Google Checkout, credit card or International check in US Dollars only.  Shipping and Handling fees do not include any brokerage fees, custom fees, duties or taxes.  These fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Our ship system will automatically charge the correct cost based on country code and weight.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A.  We only charge sales tax for orders with a shipping destination in California.

Q. Do you sell wholesale?

A.  Yes, we do.  See Wholesale link at the top and bottom of our homepage for more information.

Q.  Is there an extra charge for Alaska, Hawaii, GUAM, PR or VI customers?

A.  Our ship system will automatically charge the correct cost based on zip code and weight of shipment.

Q.  Do you have a Return Policy?

A.  YES, see Return Policy in Terms and Conditions for full details.

Q.  What method of shipping do you use?

A. We use both USPS and UPS.  USPS Priority only for International shipments.  Our domestic customers can choose USPS Parcel, USPS Priority or UPS Ground.  PO Box addresses can only be shipped via USPS.  We reserve the right to change shipping carriers or shipping speed unless prior arrangements have been made.  All orders regardless of shipping method or carrier have the same processing times.

Q. How soon will I receive my order? 

A. Your order will ship within 3-7 business days. Depending on time of year, destination and shipping carriers, delivery times vary. Average delivery for shipping carriers is 2-9 business days. During peak holiday seasons shipping carriers average 2-13 business days.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A.  You may cancel your order within 24 hours of being placed or prior to shipment processing. Use Contact Us tab at the top of the home page. If your order is in shipment processing status it will be subject to a 10% service charge.  If the order has already been packed you will subject to a 25% restocking fee. If your order has shipped it cannot be canceled or returned.

Q.  How much is Shipping and Handling?

A.  Shipping and handling fees are calculated on our web site.  Costs are based on zip code and weight.  Place items in shopping cart, enter zip code, and hit calculate shipping.  

Q.  I do not use credit cards, can I still shop on your web site?

A.  YES, we accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Personal Checks. Please place your order on our web site and choose payment option (Money Order or Cashier Check, Personal Check by mail). Complete step-by-step instructions, will be given at the end of checkout.

Q.  I placed an order, but I did not receive an e-mail confirmation?

A.  All e-mails are automatically generated and sent.  Check your spam folder; many times e-mails are delivered directly to your spam folder, check to make sure your email is correct on your order.   If you still have not received an e-mail contact us right away.  We might not have received your order. Use the Contact Us tab located at top of homepage and someone will contact you.

Q. Do I have to register to make a purchase?

A. NO, you do not have to register to make a purchase, however you will be unable to track your order, or participate in our customer rewards program. 

Q.  I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

A.  Click on My Account/Login tab located at the top of the homepage.  Follow instructions to reset password.

Q.  How do I check the status of an order?

A. If you registered you can click My Account/Login tab at the top of the homepage for up-to-date status of your order.  If you did not register click the Contact Us tab at the top of the homepage, fill out and someone will contact you within 24-48 hours.
